ACTIVITIES & EVENTS FOR THE WEEK BEGINNING SUNDAY 28th APRIL 2024 – SIXTH SUNDAY OF EASTER
On Tuesday, Tots & Children’s Church continue at their usual times – Tots from 9.30am to 10.30am and Children’s Church from 6.to 7.00pm.
On Wednesday, it is our Coffee Morning after the 9.30a.m. Mass.
Thursday is Ascension Day and there will be a Sung Mass at St Hugh’s at 6.30pm. This is one of the three Holy Days of Obligation (Not on a Sunday) this year when all catholic Christians are expected to come to Mass.Consequently the Youth Group is cancelled and will resume the following week.
Next Sunday Said Mass is at 8.00a.m. & the Parish Mass at 10.45a.m.
The funeral requiem for Gordon Sykes, will take place in church on Wednesday 22nd of May at 2.00p.m
Dates for your Diary:
Tuesday 14th May,The Devotional Society will meet at 7.30p.m. The speaker will be Fr Stephen Miller SSC, the curate of St Luke, Shepherd’s Bush and St Matthew’s, Kensington Olympia, on the subject of ‘The Society of Mary’ and will give Benediction. Please support this, all are welcome.
Wednesday 15th May Mothers Union at 7p.m. Speaker is Nick Stoppart on ‘Library and Museum’.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting – Wed 29th May at 5.00p.m.
Copies of the Annual Reports of the various groups will be available prior to the meeting. Please try to attend this important meeting.

Branton Saint Wilfrid’s Primary School – Summer Fayre. Saturday 8th June from 11a.m. to 3p.m. Please support our school.
Saint Wilfrid’s Summer Fayre will be on Saturday 15th June between 11am and 2pm.
Saint Hugh’s Fayre is on Saturday 22nd June.
